The location of this Hotel is very good, few mins of walk from Michigan Avenue. The River View room had a really beautiful view of the river towards Michigan Avenue, which my family liked. Breakfast, Coffee, Beverages and fruits at the lounge were also very good. Overall an excellent experience for us.

There were a few hiccups. I had to move room and then was charged twice. In saying that, I think the way a business handles issues and problems is the true test. Management was really polite, apologetic, and helpful about it. They owned the mistake, which is so refreshing. The housekeeping safe were sweet. The restaurant staff in the steak house were lovely. Most of the reception staff were great apart from a few grumps, but you get them everywhere. All in all, I will/would return.
