Great location near Michigan avenue, and 30 minutes walk from soldierfields. Also in close proximity to Lake Michigan. Beautiful hotel, very generously sized room which I didn’t expect for a city centre hotel. Also room was very clean, tidy and well stocked. Easy check in with the friendly, charming and professional Tony. I later had one issue with a broken bathroom door which I brought to the attention of a lovely, helpful and efficient member of staff at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name!) who promptly dealt with it and the door was fixed by the time I returned to the room one hour later.

Room was beautiful, clean, nice layout. Private bathroom for each room. Extremely comfortable beds. Kitchenette always a plus.
