Great location, typical business hotel, no real charm or character if that's what you're looking for but convenient. Great gym, pool and leisure facilities.

The hotel has a great location, easy walk to most attractions. Amenities at the hotel are also amazing, would recommend to anybody staying in Chicago.

After the unhelpful receptionist didn't have much need to help us, we were lucky enough to find a colleague who was in turn very helpful and we were very happy to resolve the problem with our reservation thanks to him. The staff at the entrance to the hotel who helped us park our car were great, as were the people at our departure - from handing over the car to storing and returning our luggage. Everyone was very helpful and professional.
