Nice clean rm pretty good for the money. Supplied is great sized TV,fridge,microwave and coffee maker. Nice bathroom with large glass shower stall.

Receptionists very helpful, room clean but 3 days for cleaning is too long. Breakfast wasn’t great.

The room was very spacious and we had a big bathroom, beds were comfortable. The breakfast room offered a good selection of hot and cold food. If you didn't go down early it was hard to get a table. Laundry room was great and you could use your card no coils needed. Even though we had a few issues I would stay here again as it was right beside trains and bus routes to all attractions.

My room was like a small apartment, so comfortable and we loved it. The location couldn't be better, a lot of parking nearby. Each time we go to Chicago, we sleep over at this hotel.
