Everything was wonderful. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with an extremely helpful and friendly receptionist experienced a wonderful hotel with top notch facilities and located in a perfect location. Nearly everything was in walking distance which allowed for a lot of sightseeing and discovering the city.

Good location Very clean large rooms. Had requested rooms close together which had not been done but was corrected Staff in breakfast area & bar really friendly

In Chicago for the marathon, location was great and hotel with facilities alls great. Everyone very friendly and helpful and great room with lake view.
