We stayed at a Fairmont Gold suite. The newly renovated rooms are very pretty and feel luxurious. We requested a Christmas tree in our room before our arrival. The tree was a little bit smaller than imagined but it was so pretty. And the communication/service to arrange this request was sublime. The staff was wonderful and exceptional friendly. We loved our stay and when returning to Chicago, we will choose this accommodation again.

An enjoyable stay - staff very helpful especially Steven at Reception who made me feel very welcome on my first visit to Chicago. Excellent location for seeing the city.
