Excellent location, it could not be more central! The hotel lobby and elevator are beautiful and the staff is extremely nice. The view from our room was the best we could ask for, right in front of the lake. So much sun in the morning!

Lake View Room was a great size and excellent value for money . Yes the hotel is aging in places but its rich history balances that . Housekeeping were excellent and check in and out went smoothly . Location is perfect and walking distance to all the attractions we needed to see . Internet was always strong . Totally enjoyed our time here .

The hotel has old style charms. The room was spacious and clean. We had a gorgeous view of the park. The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping, many eating options close by. Several train stations are just a short walk away.

It is in a good area with nice views of the city, parks and the lake. It is in a good location. CVS and a Metra station are a block down the street. It is 10 minutes from the museum, stadium, shopping, and theatre. The lobby and bar are very grand, updated, and beautiful. The rooms are clean and large. They are large tall ceilings and big windows. The furnture is sleek and modern with vinyl flooring.
