Could find the property from airport Easy Check in - large reception area Staff Friendly and helpful and was quick it had a lift room a good size and had a bed Good Parking on site of the hotel - which was walkable gave me a map

Location is good, close to Cermak-McCormick or walkable to the city. Hotel was clean and the employees very nice and helpful

The location and price suited our needs. We were concerned after reading some of the reviews but we didn’t experience any issues (other than the internet/tv dropping out). We were close to the bus and train services which was great and the restaurant Batter & Berries (nearby) served an excellent breakfast/brunch.
