The lobby and waiting area is quite good; however the room is a different story. facilities are quite old with little design touch. Room space is quite small too. We booked a room for 3 persons, but it’s actually a room for two persons with a smaller single bed added into the spare area. Won’t recommend this hotel for 3 persons

Overall the room was great except the bathroom (see below). The bed was spacious and there was room to unpack. Location was excellent for Makuhari Messe. Staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The view from the breakfast room was great. Wifi was very good.

Room was great, location was excellent for Makuhari Messe. Breakfast was solid - a standard breakfast buffet, Japanese options were nice, otherwise it would have been a bit boring. Konbeni probably has more interesting options.

Location wise was just behind the Mitsui outlet (not a good outlet), a 5-7 min walk to JR train station, 1 stop from AEON mall, 25-30 min from Disney and a good long commute to Tokyo Station. Overall good place and comfy bed though hotel could be 'modernized' - Busline stops in front of hotel for return back to airport which was a big plus, going to the hotel from airport was ok, have to look at bus schedule if u wanted the bus stop in front of hotel, otherwise a 8-10 min walk from 'regular' bus station stop. Staff was excellent though A+- always greeted you and we always felt welcomed. Some spoke english or could understand.
