The girls at reception were amazing! At first I thought they spoke English, as my initial interactions with luggage storage and checking in went flawlessly, but later when I had a question about the laundry room, they had to figure out what I was asking and how to resolve my issue. They went out of their way to help me out and showed me exactly where to go and what to do without hesitation and for that, I am grateful. My room was huge with 2 double beds and a large, modern bathroom with electronic toilet. Loved the view outside! Not exactly the center of town, but lovely to see. Location was walking distance to a lot of stores and eateries, so easy access to everything.

A decent hotel for a short stay in Chiayi. It's located next to the train station and within walking distance to the food market. The room was spacious and clean.

The room was larger than expected, and the shower was good. The staff also held our luggage for us for an extra day while we spent a day outside of the city, which really helped on our trip. Thank you!
