We stayed four nights at the hotel. The rooms were excellent - roomy and clean, the bed was comfy and our room has direct access to the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions, and they were flexible with breakfast and check in/out arrangement. The location is very convenient yet quietly tucked away from noises from the main street, lots of food options and shopping nearby and just a few blocks away from one nimman.

We have stayed in many places throughout the world but the Zivi experience tops them all with service and attention to detail and kindness. Saw Woo and her small team went out of their way to make us feel welcome, whether it was making us a special afternoon tea, giving a gift as my birthday was coming up or running outside with umbrellas when it was slightly raining. Nothing was too much trouble
