The staff were very professional, friendly and chatty. I liked the little touches like the evening oils being lit outside the rooms in the evening. The staff are very well dressed and they remember your preferences and room number. The bed was the comfiest I've had in any hotel in thailand. The room was huge. It included slippers, dressing gown, water, coffee, tea etc. The housekeeping were even excellent and said hello each time they passed.

Very friendly feel from all the staff, very well presented hotel, great hotel, if I visit Chiang Mia again I would definitely book again ☺️

The venue was different to any previous venue we had stayed at. I would call it authentic Thai.
