Stay here every time I’m in chiang mai. Staff can’t do enough to help you. The location is great. Best khao soi next door. Would recommend to anyone looking for budget friendly accommodation

Location, lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly. Room was big. Very good value for this money. Didn’t hear any street noise.
