Great location, good autonomy, not too busy on the street. Microwave in the room is a huge bonus.

-beautiful and very clean rooms. -big and spacious. -little cafe downstairs with food/drinks. -easy to get anywhere from the location, only 5 minute walk to the river. -lovely people who own it-welcoming and nice people.

P’Lyn House exceeded our expectations for a budget stay. Everything was super clean, comfortable and private. Lyn the manager speaks fantastic English too. Incredible value for money. We will be sure to return if we come through Chiang Mai again!

The location is great, especially if you like to visit the Loi Kroh fights that are held every other day. Very convenient entrance to rooms via a back security door at all hours. I mainly had work meetings very late, so I was usually nocturnal, and this was very nice. Unfortunately, I was also always asleep during the room cleaning hours, so I can't comment on that.
