Excellent all round accomodation, very comfy with a good pool, Staff 1st Class, very attentive & helpful, good parking & 10/15 min drive to centre. Very good value including a super breakfast, Thank You very much Staff & Ownet.

I don't know where to start. Marcel, the owner, was incredibly kind from the very beginning and helped me change my booking due to the situation in the Middle East. I had the best time ever at Liam's Guest House. The staff were so nice, professional, and helpful with everything. The hotel is so peaceful and clean, and the bed so comfortable. I loved my time in Chiang Mai, especially because of this place.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is great and the garden is very peacefu6. Amazing value for money. I recommend!

From the minute we arrived until we left several days later the whole experience was exceptional. The assistance when we needed it such as laundry or uber rides was arranged promptly. Nothing was a problem. Lovely food and drinks including cocktails. Yes.. we would certainly stay again.
