Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is somewhat spartiate but everything works as you expect it to work. Given the price of the room, we accept this. If ever we return to Chiang Mai, we will certainly book here again.

Lobby was very chill, you can have own food and drinks and use lobby for remote work.
