Really good location in Chang Mai, you are very central but down a nice quiet street. Rooms are a good size and bottles of water provided each day. Bed very large and mosquito net surrounding.

the staff were fantastic. I had been in this place years ago and loved but when I came back this time the place is pretty run down.overall it was ok .
