Tranquil setting, room had lots of space, clean and comfortable bed. Food was expetional, panang mushroom curry was spot on :) best iv had so far, breakfast was delicious too, could eat outside room in cumfy area where smoking is allowed. Lady in reception was very helpful and friendly. Her jewellery on sale was stunning bought a few gifts to take home. And she actually understood me being from Liverpool this is very rare lol sad to be leaving.

I loved my stay here! The rooms are very big and spacious, they are kept very clean and neat. The location was very good in the more quite area in the old town. Wi-Fi was fast and good, there was a TV as well. The breakfast was very nice and you can order for lunch and dinner as well. You can stay in the garden or you can take your food to the room as well. There was a bug fridge, nice couch and lost of space in the living room area. The bedroom was also big with enough space for luggage. Bathroom was with walk-in shower and a lot of space for toiletries. Sadly it was rainig most of the time but are two balconies as well, one with outdoor table and furniture to enjoy the mornings. But most of all the stuff was very nice, polite and always willing to help. I want to thank the lady st reception for the nice stay and for everything!

Quiet lovely place with nicely decorated rooms, you feel at home. Breakfasts are really tasty and Pim makes very nice iced Thai tea :) it s the second time I come here and will come again. It’s located in cute and convenient area of Chiang Mai. Also great value for money.
