I had such a wonderful stay at Baan Songjum. Nui and Kung are exceptional hosts and make sure you're well looked after for the entirety of your stay.

Our hosts were very warm and helpful. They provided a lot of information about Chiang Mai and helped us when we needed. The atmosphere was also great, it felt like home there.

We spent 4 nights in this wonderfull homestay and it was amazing !!! Nui our host was amazing and very lovely and shared with us many family stories and gave us the best addresses in Chiang Mai. It is more then just a hotel it is an experience where you feel like home with your mother or grandma. The breakfast was good with delicious fruits ... If you are looking for a reel authentic and memorable experience in north thailand it is the place to be 😍😍😍 Thanks Nui for sharing your lovely 'house of good memories' with us 😍😍

I had a great stay, it’s a calm homestay with a very kind and friendly host, who’s a lovely conversation partner. A quiet location but close to the old city, I walked everywhere, as I like walking. There are some toast and PBJ you can have for breakfast, as well as water coffee and tea, I could also leave my luggage in a storage when I went to the countryside for two days. You can find some nice restaurants, bars and cafes around. All to say: I enjoyed my time here a lot! Thank you 🥰
