First impression are great with a well presented, well decorated and maintained, spotlessly clean room with a nice terrace overlooking the river. Warm and friendly staff, excellent housekeeping. BUT….

Nice location by the Ping River...with the Rimping Supermarket just opposite the hotel. Room was on the 1st floor facing the main road...and it wasn't noisy for us. Staff was accommodating and helpful.
