The place was really really clean. No bugs or insects at all. The owner was so lovely and joyful. Nice warm showers and plenty of places to hang clothes. The location was really convenient, close to the bus station and we were able to walk around 30 minutes to the blue temple. 2 minutes from a laundrette and there is a really nice 5 star rated restaurant over the road.

Fresh water each day, free coffee & tea near to the entrance. The owner is always smiling and happy to see you coming back ! She doesn't speak english but she try is best to find a solution

Good location, only a 10-15 minute walk to Chiang Rai clock tower & night bazaar. Room had good AC and also a fridge. The facilities were great, too. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Our room (standard room for two) was a tad small, but definitely great value for the money.

very clean place, good atmosphere, very friendly and helpful hostess: always around to help with anything. quiet for sleeping. 15 minutes walking to town centre and also close to busstation. recommended!!
