The owner was so kind and nice! The room and bathroom were clean and there was free tea and coffee downstairs. The location is good, 13 minutes from the bus station.

We really enjoyed our stay at your home. We were greeted by the lovely host on arrival. Room was a decent size for two people, very clean and stocked with good quality toiletries. The communal area downstairs was quiet, excellently stocked with tea, coffee, hot water and crockery. Leaflets and maps available in the corner. Secure luggage storage area under the stairs for early check in. Excellent location within walking distance to town centre with really nice breakfast at a cafe around the corner, also smash burger stall directly across the street. Host was attentive and really nice, very happy to clean rooms on request and always contactable next door. The host was even nice enough to give us some fresh fruit when we were using the communal area to get some work done which really made our day and demonstrates how homely this accommodation is! Would wholeheartedly recommend staying here for an easy, affordable and convenient trip to Chiang Rai.
