As others have said, its a bit rough around the edges and small things need attention but overall its good for the $$. We stayed top floor and it was nice and quiet, going higher avoids mosquitoes as well. Friendly staff, free water refills which is a major plus. Overall its a nice place to stay:-)

Excellent place to stay, very nice and comfortable room with private balcony, close to the night market. The owner was very friendly, he really made us feel welcome. He gave us a map of the city highlights and he offered us a free basic breakfast in the morning, which was a bonus.
