This hotel has everything what you need. Cleanliness was exceptional, there were no ants, not even one. All facility was perfectly functional. The host was very helpful, he recomended us places that we missed when planning our trip. There is no exceptional noise from the street, it is not busy at night at all.

As we were checking-in, this place gave us a great feeling. The owner had lots of information and shared Google Maps locations for lots of different places to eat, see and whatever else you can think of. Our room was as described, very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay in Chiang Rai.

Bancha was super friendly and helpful, gives a map of the area and things to do and see. Organised for the best motorbike I've had yet dropped off and picked up tonthe hotel at a great price. Couldn't have been better
