It was a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The owner was always available from check-in to check-out and did his utmost to make me feel comfortable. At check-in, he took plenty of time to tell me the most important things about Chiang Mai and organized all the bookings I needed for my trip. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from everything, yet very quiet. I look forward to coming back soon.

Fantastic warm welcome from owner Thoni and his niece. Our room was on the small side but the bathroom was very big. Window in bedroom could do with updating to help with sound proofing. Bed was very firm, but I like that. Air con was modern and very effective. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Kettle, 2 bottles of water and mini fridge in bedroom. Breakfast... tea and coffee available in the court yard, self service with bread and toaster with jams and butter. Location.. down a quiet lane but in the Old City so walking distance to all the sights. A perfect low budget accommodation in a fantastic city location. Highly recommend
