Very clean hotel, and the staff are extremely well trained. Got a room upgrade upon arrival, very spacious rooms, good beds, nice to have a bath and seperate shower. Good breakfast with very keen staff 😁

The Empress Premier is resplendent in its Thai culture and beauty. The reception staff were helpful and gracious. I was greeted with a generous gift basket and my room was upgraded. I was thrilled! The breakfast staff were warm, friendly and engaging. Outstanding staff and service. The Empress Premier is my hotel of choice when I visit Chiang Mai.
