We have returned three times in Chiang Mai and every time here. We had not great expectations from the reviews but they were exceeded. The place is simple but clean and tidy, rooms are quite big, there is coffee, tea, water and bananas for free and a fridge and small kitchen to be used. It is true that the walls are thin but it hasn't been a problem at all since most of the guests are respectful. AC works well. The staff is super kind. Position in the centre but in a quiet street. And the best thing was the bicycles at 30 baht per day.

This was one of the best budget rooms we have stayed in South East Asia in the last five months. We chose a private double room with private bathroom which means you stay in a sister property called Hotel Fuji (for those with a keen eye you can see this in the pictures of the room but we were slightly surprised on arrival). We had lots of space, a small anteroom upon entry with a kitchen style sink and shelves for crockery or food. There was a shower and bath in a separate room to the toilet and the bedroom had a desk, dressing table and sofa. The room also had a kettle, microwave and full size fridge. Self service washing machine was available for a 30B fee and filter water refills were available for 1B/L. Rates were available for short term and more long term stays, although we only stayed three nights it would be more than comfortable for an extended stay. Location is also good in Old Town which is easily walkable within the boundary and a 7-Eleven is close by.

Perfect place to stay on Chiang Mai. Brilliant location. I enjoyed it so much, I booked some extra nights. My room was very clean and comfortable and aircon works amazing. Staff are very kind and helpful. Bathrooms and showers are great. They are very clean. Towels, shampoo and shower gel are provided which is very nice. Highly recommend!
