The location was perfect, close to everything in the old town but also on a small street so it was not busy. The staff, especially Mew, was very professional, helpful and service oriented. Will definitely stay here if visiting Chiang Mai again.

The staff were very accommodating and polite. I had forgotten to specifically request a twin sharing room for my two male colleagues for our 3 night stay, despite the resort operating at almost full occupancy they were able to accommodate our request upon check-in for two nights. That was much appreciated. Resort was lovely, well planned, rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and grounds well maintained. The free daily 10 minute massages were a bonus.
