The property looks fantastic, the rooms are clean and roomy with great balconies, the staff are truly amazing and some of the friendliest we have ever experienced throughout our travels (really exceptional), the location is great, parking our car was very easy

When you book this hotel you get a message saying it is not luxury etc... but I think this hotel is absolutely incredible. Beautiful building and the decoration inside is so authentic and stunning. My room was large and comfortable and my balcony overlooked the pool (which im sad I didnt get to use due to rain but looked lovely!) Efficient air con and a quiet fridge were a bonus. The staff here are so friendly and helpful both on the front desk and the kind staff at breakfast. Breakfast has a good selection and when I had a tour they were even kind enough to pack me a packed lunch/breakfast making me gluten free sandwiches which were delicious and a huge selection of fruit! The location was brilliant, had a food market round the corner which I picked things up from in the evening and everything was in walking distance. It is a slightly dark road to walk down alone at night, but I never felt unsafe. If I went back to Chiang Mai I would stay here again and I am lucky I got a room even during the festival!

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were smiling and welcoming. I’d recommend.
