Pool was very relaxing and very clean. The location is good, within walking distance of many temples and right near the Saturday walking markets, and also reasonably close to the Sunday markets. The staff greeted us with such a warm welcome at the end of every day, and the entrance foyer is spectacular. Breakfast was okay and you get eggs and a decent coffee freshly made.

We adored this hotel from the moment we arrived. The view from our room was stunning and the art detail in the room was gorgeous. We could have spent hours on the balcony, super comfortable set up. The hotel staff were so lovely and accommodating and we were given a little gift basket when we first arrived which was such a nice personal touch. We have stayed in many hotels on our trip to Thailand and we haven't had this before, so this welcome felt extra special. The area was also great, very vibrant and next to the night market. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer! Would definitely come back and recommend- very special hotel.

Beautiful terracotta arts hotel. Staff including the incredible Ploy, went above and beyond to meet our every need, even helping us coordinate with our other accommodation.

We’ve stayed here twice now, always excellent service from staff especially Owen at the desk. Great location for the chiang mai square and a lovely quiet hotel at night with amazing balconies. Always a warm welcome with a clean room and lots of amenities and welcome gifts.
