Staff were 10000/10 amazing people, so kind and go out their way to help you. The free breakfast was ok, facilities like the pool and everything are very well kept. Would 100% recommended to stay here if in Chiang Mai

The pool was nice. The bed was big. Had a TV to plug the computer into. Had a hair dryer. Affordable.

Our stay at Hotel Peppery Hills was simply outstanding. From the very first moment, the service was exceptional — the team made us feel completely at home. Both the receptionist and the night porter were always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely eager to help, which made a huge difference throughout our stay. One of the things we really appreciated was the relaxed atmosphere, including being able to bring our own drinks to the pool. The staff also recommended excursions for us, and they ended up exceeding all our expectations — a great touch that showed how much they care about their guests’ experience. The facilities are top-notch. The pool, reception area, and restaurant were always spotless, well-organized, and very pleasant to spend time in. Our room (201) was the perfect size — comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. Cold water bottles, fresh towels, and amenities were always readily available, which added an extra level of comfort. To top it all off, after we had checked out, the hotel kindly offered us a room to freshen up after our elephant excursion. We were even able to rest and take a short nap before heading to our next flight — an incredibly thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. Without a doubt, we would come back again!
