The room is very nice, comfortable bed, great shower and a good size balcony. The Gate food market and 7-eleven is accross the street. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is an inner garden and a restaurant.

The size of the room is good. The guesthouse is right opposite the night market, and two 7/11's are very close by. We walked everywhere in Old Town from the location and found some great massages, restaurants, and bars, within 5-10 minutes walking.

This place is really charming, lush green oasis in a traditional but comfortable housing, we really had everything that we needed, the rooms were bigger than expected and clean. The breakfasts were nice and very convenient (the prices not the lowest in the area, but still good enough). Location is also very convenient.
