This is the hostel with the best location! Near the food markets and the main road. Walking distance to all main attractions. The receptionist was also friendly and accommodating

I loved my stay with Lazy Gibbon 1 so much, it pretty much became my main hostel whenever I had a day or two of a layover in Chiang Mai. Incredible location, everything you need is in walking distance. Beds are super comfortable and clean, great curtains too. And of course the hostel mama is what made the stay truly special. Will definitely come back, just make sure you don't overstay your welcome and check out on time!

The hostel itself is modern and clean. It’s in a great location, so no complaints there. Nice array of people staying there. It’s a sort of autonomous environment. Comfortable beds and good showers too. The aircon is also very nice, they leave it on all day which is amazing, I will admit. The kitchen area in the front is nice. It’s good value in terms of what you first see upon arrival.
