1. Walking distance to Sat night market and other attractions (Buak Hard Public Park - were lucky to be in town during Chiang Mai Flower Festival, Morning Market and Silver Temple). 2. Snacks/ coffee/ tea available 24 hrs in the lobby. 3. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was perfect, small, clean, good sized rooms with everything you could need. Nice little pool, staff were very helpful and breakfast was great with good variety. Free water and coffee available all day too which was a bonus. Great location especially if you want to go to the Saturday night market, its right at the end of the road.
