Tee was a wonderful host. He gave us tons of recommendations for Chiang Mai and he and his wife provided snacks and waters for us. We will definitely stay with them again.

I loved my stay here. The room was large and bright with a good TV that actually had channels! The vibe is really nice, can help yourself to some bakery items for breakfast and make yourself tea/coffee throughout the day. The staff are all excellent, T is friendly and helpful and all the other staff I encounter were nice and cheerful. Highly recommend.

Amazing place. Sparkling clean, very comfy bed, spacious room, really friendly owner, free cold water -very useful- and breakfast-I got a couple of bananas and really appreciated it-. They have a couple of very useful guides about nice places around and trips nearby. Good price, super clean, they even have Netflix on the tv so you can log in if you have an account and YouTube. It takes around 20 mins to walk to the old city, and you can always come back to the hotel by Grab motorbike, it’s less than £1.

Very kind and generous owner, speaking good English. He offers free coffee ,tea, snacks, fruits, bread e.t.c all-day. Spacious room with big windows, Although there is traffic in front of the hotel, the place is very quite during the night. Not far from the old city and the must-see attractions
