We were allocated apartment 402 and were very comfortable in there as a small family. Enough crockery/cutlery/utensils and an oven/hob/toaster meant we could cook full meals. Wifi was stable, air con was in good condition, communal washing machines in the building for 30thb, restaurant on the ground floor served a good variety of cheap Thai food, small convenience store beside reception was handy for buying basics. Shame about the poor reviews as this is a fantastic-value stay in Chiang Mai, all things considered! Yes, furnishings are a little worn, but for the price we paid, who cares! There are plenty other accommodation options in the city with higher-spec rooms if that is what you require, but they charge accordingly.

I liked that fact that as soon as I messaged the owner they responded straightaway and tried to resolve the problem. Their customer service is excellent. Enjoyed the value for money and where the location was.
