The hotel is great! Fantastic views of the local heritage. Comfortable room. The central location (especially on Sunday for night market). Clean and enjoyble place :) They are providing free bikes for cycling.

We loved staying at Fav Inn Town. It was our first time in Thailand and our first time in Chiang Mai. We booked an entire week and are really happy we did. The location was ideal, as it is in the Old Town of Chiang Mai, but not on the side of the parties. It's a calmer neighborhood that is still walking distance from many things. We got separate bedrooms with our own bathrooms, and that was a great decision. The difference in price from a room with a shared bathrk oom is not that big, but having your own space for a week is a big upgrade. The bathrooms were clean and functional. There are even shower curtains, so the toilet doesn't get wet when you shower (in contrast to other bathrooms we've had in thailand). You can have the room cleaned every day, with fresh towels too, if that is what you want. We liked this freedom of deciding if we wanted a cleaner to enter our rooms or not. A major plus for us was the laundry machine. It was so comfortable to be able to run a load of laundry while we went out for a drink next door (the café with the yellow wall). And last but not least, the owner Pim is incredibly kind and helpful. We chatted with her a few times and she even helped us out with booking taxis and other transport. We would go back to Fav Inn Town in a heartbeat.
