a perfect budget hotel - the room is spacious and has a small balcony with table and chairs, TV w Netflix, desk, wardrobe, fridge and bench for luggage. Pool is small and clean with bathrooms nearby, plus there are golf clubs available to loan for free, and cheap laundry facilities on site (40b to wash a load).

Set in a quiet location that helps you relax, yet a short bike/car ride or walk from the city center. Rooms are spacious and always very clean. Pool setting is very chill. Their coffee is awesome and the music too. Staff is very professional, polite, helpful and discreet.

It is a beautifully designed little hotel tucked away down a quiet backstreet of Chiang Mai. However it takes approximately 12 to 15 minutes to walk in the old city so keep that in mind. Apart from that the room was a good size with a balcony and comfortable bed. There was a swimming pool too which i didn't get to use as it was raining.
