Good location, very close to the historic center and the eastern gate. Lovely staff, speaking decent English, communication was very easy. They have a small gym, which was a welcomed surprised! Very clean rooms and comfy beds. Our bedroom was also very quiet, I slept like a baby in there. Would definitely come back!

Great little place, good value for money, lots of space and good equipment. Fast internet and friendly people. Parking for bikes is easy, can access easily late at night if you’re going out. Bit out of town but fine with a bike or a bit of a walk

We stayed here last year and when we came back to Chiang mai this year we knew that we wanted to come here as well. The people that run the business are amazing and reliable. The place is really clean and they always try to help you. The location is great. Would definitely stay again.

I love this place, I have been there several times already, it's a great location and quieter than inside the walls of the ancient city. The rooms are very comfortable and the reception staff is great, always striving to help and to meet customers' requests.
