Our stay at BED was completely smooth and without any complications. After a long international flight, we were kindly welcomed at the reception and had a quick and easy check-in. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. There were even cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was small but very good, with mostly warm food, soup, yogurt, and fruit. For us, it was the ideal combination to start the day. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center, which was perfectly fine for us. Free bikes.

Everything. Lovely breakfast. Most comfortable bed I've slept in, including my own! Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Coffee, noodles, fruit available in the lobby, perfect for a late arrival.

The food at the hotel is nothing special. At breakfast, the food was cold, but after we pointed it out, they reheated it. They warm the food every day, so if you arrive early for breakfast, it’s not yet hot. Breakfast is served in the hotel lobby. In the morning, they open all the doors and turn on the fans, so because of the cold air and draft, having breakfast is quite uncomfortable. Water is available at all times, as well as coffee and tea. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have good ideas and useful advice and are always ready to help. They organized a cooking class and a car rental for us, but the price was somewhat higher. The room was tidy and clean every day. Once there was no hot water, but they resolved the issue about an hour and a half after we reported it. Bicycle rental is also available for guests.
