Within easy walking distance of a very lovely beach. Within very convenient driving distance of several lovely beaches. Quiet and away from the crowds, almost like it was undiscovered by tourists.

The property has a rustic feel and a wonderful view of the sea from the balcony area - the sunny location is fabulous; the local beach is only a 5 minute walk away and in the other direction for 5 minutes you can go to a local store to get your morning bread and supplies if not wanting to get in the car to Pula (18mins only) to a supermarket. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but you will need a car to dine at others, explore local beaches and also to get to a competitive place to rent a boat.
