We originally booked a standard room, and as genius members, we were upgraded to an executive room for free. We then contacted the Hotel directly as we were bringing our assistance dog with us and wanted them to be informed in order to allocate a pet friendly room being considerate for other guests with pet allergies and we were delighted when we upgraded again to a ground floor suite with a private entrance and grassed areas for our dogs needs. That was really thoughtful and appreciated. The suite was large and comfortable with two sofas in the lounge and a comfy king-size bed in the bedroom and an ensuite with a large bath and walk-in shower, perfect.
