The hotel was located in a great spot so close to the shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was cosy with comfy beds. Plenty of tea and coffee available in your room with a selection of biscuits and bottled water. We parked on Grosvenor shopping precinct and it was £10 for 24 hours. We didn't dislike anything about the Townhouse hotel. Very enjoyable stay!! Would definitely recommend. :)

Superb location No lift but we coped, the floor in the room was really creaky, the bathroom was absolutely tiny and there wasn't enough storage. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The breakfast was exceptional, cooked to order and fantastic quality and choice, a massive well done to the chef We really enjoyed it overall and would stay again
