Easy to find, on street parking, was a small car park but was full with 2 cars. Room was really lovely, bed was comfy. It was all very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities. Not too far from town centre and a nice pub across road.

The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. Near the shops and restaurants of Hoole and walking distance to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and very helpful.
