Communication between the owners was good. The flat is in central Chester, with the Roman walls being about 100 yards away and the shops, pubs, restaurants a ten minute stroll away. It is very comfortable and spacious with a kitchen area, table and chairs, sofa, bathroom with shower or bath, crockery, cutlery, hi res television, Wi Fi, comfy bed etc. There's parking at the rear included in the price.

Excellent apartment, well situated with short walk into town centre and city walls and parking. For us 10/10 - large comfortable living area with well fitted kitchen and cleaning products. V comfy bed in large bedroom. Bathroom clean, modern and functional bath with shower above. 10/10 for us but rated 9/10 as being penthouse there were a lot of stairs to climb, which may be an issue for those with physical disabilities. Will be back.
