Lovely, quiet and elegant. I would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the b grounds. My suitcase had been lost by National Express and when I arrived at midnight the whole staff at the desk turned out to help me file a claim, make me tea, etc. Thanks to Susan and the rest of them my bag was found!

Apart from one receptionist, all the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying here, and I highly recommend for the location and facilities.
