The location and the large but basic room. Jenni, a daytime receptionist, is very friendly and fun.

The location was good. The beds were very comfortable. There is a very good restaurant across from the hotel for breakfast.

The room was very big, with an amazing view of the Smokey Mountains, with the rolling mist. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly.
