The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.Please noted that the Guest requires to wear proper swimming attire when enter and use the swimming pool.Due to fasting month, from 12th March until 9th April 2024, the buffet breakfast will be changed to a set breakfast.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Kids friendly. The area is quite spacious and comfortable. Sea is not far from the swimming pool area. Easy to take children for swim.

I had a generally pleasant experience. The villa itself was spacious and clean, with a nice layout and comfortable rooms. Three private pool was definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing in the afternoons, and well-maintained throughout our stay. but from our room to pool quite far, need to turn one building. actually got one gate near between the pool and room. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy morning strolls and sunsets. There were also a few local restaurants nearby, which was convenient. However, there were a few things that could have been better. The room air conditioning wasn’t very strong, making nights a bit uncomfortable during the hotter days. Overall, it was a good stay and I’d consider returning, especially if a few small improvements are made. It’s a solid option for a relaxing getaway, especially if you value privacy, a pool, and proximity to the beach.
