All the people we met were so friendly and helpful. The ambience was lovely and it was very quiet. Very handy to the airport with an easy pickup by the hotel driver.

Double glassed windows kept the noise out. They have excellent staff who went all the way out to recover something we left of our kids, would definitely recommend stay for families. PS thanks for the elephants my kids use them along with their standard issue mickey etc., Bonus: Nice swimming pool offers a spot for watching flights take off

The staff are superb. Very helpful indeed. The front desk manager asked the restaurant chef to come and talk to us, because my wife was unwell, and could only eat very limited things, and they were incredibly helpful. Really went above and beyond. Most helpful staff I have ever seen.
