The staff at the Trident were exceptional and some of the staff recognised us from our stay 2 years ago. Laxmi on the the reception was particularly helpful in arranging a tour for us and also organising our early morning departure with fruit for our train trip

We had a short stay, and it went well. The reception and support staff were excellent. The location was conveniently close to the airport and met our expectations. The airport drop-off went smoothly.
