I stayed at The Chennai 5 Star Hotel for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The stay was truly value for money, especially considering the standard of the rooms and the services offered. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, making it very easy to get around the city for both business and leisure. This was one of the big advantages for me during my trip. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. They were very friendly, polite, and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Their warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience. The room itself was comfortable and well-designed, but I feel the cleaning could be improved. A little more attention to detail in housekeeping would make the stay even better. Despite that, I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel and appreciate the effort the team puts into maintaining good service. I will definitely visit again soon and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable stay in Chennai.
