Everything! welcoming staff right from the entrance security, friendly, and respectful. Great service and hospitality. We booked a suite and it was very spacious. All amenities available as mentioned. Iron box and iron board provided upon request. Prompt room service. Buffet breakfast tasted average. Ala carte food at the restaurant was good. There’s a pub, on 1st floor I suppose. Loud music late evenings, but our room was on 5th floor, so not very disturbing. Squeaky clean bathroom. My first positive experience with bathroom. We stayed for 5 nights. Overall, very happy with the stay.

The hotel interior was good and clean with accommodating staffs. Bfast was complimentary and it was good indeed. Near to places like government offices and other major places. So it was good choice for stay.

Overall a good hotel to stay in while in Chennai. The rooms are a little tired and needs a little renewal. All mods cons. The service from the staff was good, especially from door man Ramdas , who was lovely. Breakfast was a simple South Indian with a few western options. Very central location on a busy road but set away with its own covered entrance. Lots of shops, restaurants and banks close to hand.
