A deposit via bank wire after booking is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you with instructions. Guests are required to settle the payment in time to guarantee the reservation:
1) Book on the arrival day - guests are required to settle the payment immediately and call the property to confirm it.
2) Book 1 day before the arrival day - guests are required to settle the payment within 1 hour and call the property to confirm it.
3) Book 2 - 3 days before the arrival day - guests are required to settle the payment within 3 hours and call the property to confirm it.
4) Book 4- 6 days before the arrival day - guests are required to settle the payment within 6 hours and call the property to confirm it.
5) Book 7 days before the arrival day - guests are required to settle the payment within 24 hours and call the property to confirm it.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The owner provides comfortable and thoughtful furnishings, allowing visitors to have a satisfying and spacious independent two-story villa, away from the hustle and bustle, and relax. Even if you travel with 3 or 5 friends, you can easily find a quiet atmosphere and enjoy the beautiful bay and mountain views alone in your room or on the second-floor balcony.

a really smart design for apartments facing sunrise Pacific. 2 floors with private upstairs balcony along a ±8 meter bedroom w 2 double beds. Downstairs living room w glassed off toilet with shower, and bathtub in the sunny window overlooking the sea. Lots of light. Nice and modern. Great rest and relax location. Good fish restaurant and 7-11 a short drive along the road behind the block.
